Hi friends,
We’re sharing this beautiful 3D winter night, where the moon is full and snow is falling.
Make our 3D version for a multidimensional winter landscape or a quicker craft, make the trees flat. Check it out below.

SNOWY HILL
Draw hills on the white horizontal paper and then cut them out. For a second landscape, fold under the excess paper of the second hill(upper portion) before proceeding.
Glue your hills to the bottom of the black paper.
TREE PREP
Fold your green and white papers in half and then into thirds(6 sections), halves(4 sections), or fourths (8 sections).
Cut out your sections.
Optional: If you prefer flat trees, cut triangles out from these rectangle sections.
3D TREE FOLDING
Take one piece of cut paper, fold it into a triangle, and then in half.
Fold in the outer edges of the triangle meeting the center line, fold once again to the center line(narrow triangle), and then open up the sides(facing outward).
3. Fold the outer edges inward, overlap them making a cone, and then tuck in the longer sections into the cone.
4. Repeat with different colors and as many as you’d like.
ASSEMBLE
Add plenty of glue to the overlapped sections(back) and press down firmly on the hills.
2. To vary tree length, glue 2 -3 cones under your initial tree.
MOON & SNOW
Add a few drops of paint and water into a small container/medicine cup, then mix it up.
Paint your round moon, adding more paint in different spots for depth.
Add a bit of paint to your brush and shake it over the landscape or tap your brush with your finger until you get the look you want.
That’s it!
We love these so much!
Happy crafting
