Hi friends,
We have an easy, no-fuss craft, that showcases a self-portrait and a balloon or two! Your kiddos can make it for a birthday celebration, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Teacher’s Appreciation, or anytime you want to make someone smile. Check out our balloon card below!

What You'll Need
White Construction Paper or Blank Card
(1-2) Balloons
Glue Stick
Pencil
Colored Pencils
The Steps
Fold the paper in half.
Add glue to the inside of the paper and press firmly.
Fold a 2nd time into a smaller rectangle
Skip this if you have a blank card.
4. Have your child draw themselves on the lower right or left side, extending one arm towards the center.
5. Above your portrait write, Here’s a POP of fun! Use multiple colors or just one.
6. You can write your message inside before adding the balloons or after.
7. If using two balloons glue together, otherwise glue the balloon to the opposite side of your portrait & wording.
That’s it!
It only takes a few minutes to dry and they easily peel off from each other and the card.

My card. Our self portraits are hilarious, not exact, but fun either way.
Happy crafting!
