Hi Friends,

We have a simple garland for your patriotic decor, using Dollar Tree bunting sections and white metal stars.

This garland comes together quickly and is perfect for a wall, railing, or mantle, used indoors or out. And because we celebrate a few patriotic holidays throughout the year, this can be reused multiple times. Check out our easy star & bunting garland below.

What You'll Need

(3-7) Bunting Packages same design or different
(1-3) Metal Ornament Duos
Scissors
Twine

The Steps

PREP

Remove all the packaging.
We have a large wall so we used 6 of the blue design, 1 of the red, and 4 stars total.
Cut enough 12-inch pieces of twine to tie the bunting together.
Cut 2 longer pieces for the ends. We doubled ours up for more support.

ASSEMBLE

Decide where you’ll place the stars.
Start overlapping 2 bunting pieces together, if a star ornament is included in that grouping, tie it all together with the twine. If no star is included, tie the bunting, then move on to the next section.
When you’re all done, tie the end strings on, then hang.
That’s it!
