Hi friends,
We have colorful party straw and pom-pom Christmas trees! We cut tiny slits in the straws, flared out the ends, and arranged! The pom-poms add pops of color and create fuzzy ornaments. Check out our easy party straw and pom-pom trees below.

What You'll Need
Construction Paper any color
Scissors
Large Party Straws(1)trunk & (2-3)tree
Pom-poms
Tacky Glue or any thick glue
The Steps
PREP
Cut the trunk straw into 1/4 sections and set aside.
Cut 2-3 straws for the tree into 1/8 sections (16 -24 pieces total).
(optional)Slide each short piece over the opened scissors, cut a 1/2-inch strip, rotating, and cutting it all around. Repeat with all the short pieces.
ARRANGE
Turn your paper vertically and begin to glue your angled pieces down. Our pink tree used 24 pieces, black tree 21, red tree 20, and blue tree 12.
Finish adding the bottom pieces of the tree and the trunk.
DECORATE
Add as many pom-poms as you’d like on the tree and on top of the tree for a tree topper. Allow everything to dry for about 10 minutes.
That’s it!
These came out so cute. You can even turn your paper horizontally and create a few smaller trees.
Happy crafting
