Hi friends,
This is our 3rd Valentine's craft and 2nd with this large heart. This card is inspired by something I would tell my older 2 when they were little. I’d say excitedly, “I love you THIIIIIIIIIIIIIS much!”, while extending my arms out as far as I possibly could. Then they’d try to top me by extending their arms out, repeating the phrase, and going longer on “this”. We would do this a few times, trying to beat each other. It was a silly way to show them how much I loved them and in return, they got to show me.
Now it’s your turn to show your kiddos or for them to show you or anyone else, with this cute & silly card. These cards will also work great for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day. Check out our silly, outstretched heart hands, heart valentine below!

What You'll Need
Heart Hand Printable
Construction Paper
Scissors
(2) Different Pipe Cleaners
Glue Stick
Hot Glue
Colored Pencils
The Steps
Fold your heart paper and construction paper in half.
2. Color the heart, little hearts floating around, and shoes.
3. Cut the sheet in half at the fold.
4. Use the glue stick to apply the heart sheet to the front of the card and the blank sheet to the inside.
5. Chose (1) pipe cleaner for the arms and (1) for the hands. Cut the pipe cleaner for the arms in 1/4 pieces, use (2) per card, and cut two (2 in.) pieces from the 2nd pipe cleaner for the hands.
6. Put (1) short & (1) long piece together and create a small twist at the top. Fold down the twisted part between the 2 sides while forming a small heart. Then twist the shorter piece around the longer one.
7. Last, use hot glue to glue the arms over the printed ones.
That’s it!
Happy crafting!
